Job Description:Pay Range: $44.14hr - $49.14hrThe Accessibility Compliance Analyst conducts accessibility testing, compliance analysis, and reporting across multiple platforms. This role supports accessibility governance, ensures adherence to industry standards, and assists in the development of effective accessibility processes.Responsibilities:Run automated and manual accessibility tests on web pages, desktop applications, mobile apps, and other platforms.Review, validate, and format test findings.Perform accessibility analyses using assistive technology products and testing tools.Support understanding and adoption of regulatory and industry standards, including CVAA, ADA, CCPA, WCAG 2.1/2.2 A & AA.Support the governance team in updating requirements, test use cases, and accessibility frameworks.Maintain dashboards, department SharePoint site, and documentation such as requirements and test use cases.Participate in team meetings and department updates.Report weekly status to management and raise potential issues or concerns.Produce findings, reports, dashboards, and analyses, and offer recommendations for improvements.Requirement/Must Have:Minimum 5 years of compliance analysis experience, including O365 (Excel) and SharePoint.Minimum 5 years of accessibility experience, including WCAG 2.1/2.2 A & AA, accessibility scanning, and testing across web, mobile, and other platforms.Minimum 5 years of experience demonstrating strong customer service orientation, collaborative work, research, and learning.Should Have:Experience with screen readers such as NVDA and JAWS.Experience with digital media systems, online and mobile gaming systems, and post-production environments.Photosensitivity analysis experience.Understanding of regulatory requirements such as FCC, ADA, CVAA, and global accessibility laws.Skills:Testing website applications and mobile apps for accessibility.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Independent worker with ability to collaborate effectively in a team.Knowledge of UX, inclusive design, and assistive technology testing tools.Experience with multiple platforms including web, mobile, OTT, and CTV.Basic understanding of programming languages for analysis, including HTML, CSS, and Java.Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, SharePoint, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, CoPilot, Automate, Forms).Exposure to AI tools and programming is a plus.Qualification And Education:Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, legal, or related field, or equivalent experience.Preferred certifications: IAAP CPACC, Web Accessibility Specialist (WAS), or equivalent.Interview Process:First-round screening with Hiring Candidateager.Second-round panel interview with Hiring Candidateager and team.
