Pay Range: $60hr - $65hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Experience in financial services consulting or change management within:
- Investment banks.
- Asset management firms.
- Market infrastructure organizations.
- Financial service providers.
- MiFID II.
- EMIR.
- CFTC.
- ASIC.
- MAS.
- Experience with regulatory reporting rewrites and refits.
- Experience in project management using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong business analysis experience.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within teams.
Experience:
- Experience delivering regulatory reporting projects and transformation initiatives.
- Experience supporting regulatory change programs.
- Experience with operations transformation and process reengineering.
- Experience with technology transformation initiatives.
- Experience working with data analytics and controls frameworks.
- Experience working within capital markets environments.
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members preferred.
- Detailed knowledge of at least one asset class or functional area preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to regulatory reporting projects using expertise in trade and transaction reporting.
- Support delivery of consulting, business analysis, and project management services.
- Analyze regulatory requirements and business impacts.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to address reporting and operational challenges.
- Support regulatory transformation, process improvement, and technology initiatives.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing, marketing, and business development activities.
- Provide oversight, guidance, and support to junior project team members.
- Assist in stakeholder communication, governance, and project coordination activities.
- Identify risks, issues, and opportunities for operational improvements.
- Support implementation of reporting controls and data quality processes.
