Program Manager

We are looking for Program Manager for our client in Palo Alto, CA.

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $75/hr - $80/hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Engineering.
• 10 years of experience in business systems and analytics.
• 8 years of experience in accounting operations with strong process knowledge on Record to Report (R2R).
• 5 years of extensive Accounting Management experience in strategizing and implementing tools like NetSuite.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively communicate the various upgrades done to the NetSuite systems.
• Work with the vendor(s) as needed to understand the new features/functionalities within their systems.
• Conduct UAT sessions with business users.
• Train the IT team and business users as needed on any new features/functionality being introduced.
• Resolve product issues by opening, updating, and escalating service tickets with product vendors.

Nice to Have:

• Proficiency in using AI tools, such as Claude or ChatGPT.
• Xactly commission expense accounting (CEA) experience.
• Experience working with an Onsite/Offshore model.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualification And Education:

• Extensive cross-functional knowledge in Enterprise business processes spanning across Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), and Revenue and Account to Report/Forecast.
• Hands-on experience in leading SaaS/Cloud solutions such as NetSuite, Xactly, Blackline.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and think innovatively to find creative solutions.

Salary : $75 - $80
