Peoplesoft FSCM Techno Functional Consultant

Requirement/Must Have:

• Strong functional knowledge in P2P, Project Costing, and Contracts modules.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleTools and PeopleCode.
• Experience with integration technologies including Integration Broker, Component Interfaces, REST/SOAP APIs, and file-based integrations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Experience:

• Extensive experience working as a PeopleSoft FSCM Techno Functional Consultant.
• Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and testing coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Work with business stakeholders to gather and analyze functional requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional and testing designs.
• Develop and execute test scripts.
• Coordinate with clients, offshore teams, and third-party vendors for unit and UAT testing.
• Develop and support integrations between PeopleSoft and external systems.
• Build custom solutions using PeopleCode, Application Engine, and file layouts.
• Perform impact analysis and design solutions for enhancements, changes, and bug fixes.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize performance.

Should Have:

• Experience working in cross-functional and distributed team environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualification and Education:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
