Job Description:
Requirement/Must Have:
- Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment or equipment installation and debugging experience.
- Experience with electrical and/or mechanical systems in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Technical experience with PLC programming, including reading, writing, and modifying logic.
- Technical experience with servo motion controllers.
- Technical experience with relay logic, including wiring and troubleshooting.
- Technical experience with robotics, including programming and troubleshooting.
- Experience with hydraulic or pneumatic troubleshooting and schematic reading.
- Availability to work overtime, holidays, weekends, and shutdowns.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
Responsibilities:
- Test and repair electrical equipment and systems, including circuits, relay logic, wiring, motors, and servo drives.
- Write, program, troubleshoot, modify, and repair PLCs, robotics, cameras, and other electronic equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair safety systems, machine components, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Plan and execute the integration of machines into mass production, including leveling, adjustment, and quality confirmation.
- Perform basic administrative tasks, including documentation of work performed using written or electronic methods.
- Continuously improve safety, quality, and productivity through effective problem-solving.
- Develop detailed schedules for assigned work areas or projects.
- Participate in project planning with Engineering teams.
- Demonstrate the ability to learn new processes.
- Support machine production trials at vendor sites.
- Certify equipment safety in accordance with MMR/MMS (NFPA 79 and ISO standards) through Safety Integrity Checks.
Should Have:
- Technical associate degree or higher, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with pre-production setup.
- Experience with production processes, including Standardized Work (STW) and Job Instruction Sheets (JIS).
- Experience gathering and analyzing quality data from multiple sources.
- New plant or facility startup experience.
- Experience with high-volume production in a clean room environment.
