Job Title: Lab Tech Ops - Central Weigh

Job Overview:
Pay Range: $20hr - $24hr
- The Lab Tech Ops - Central Weigh role is responsible for weighing and dispensing raw materials, inventory management, warehouse operations, and maintaining compliance with cGMP, cGDP, and safety regulations.
- The position supports manufacturing and laboratory operations while ensuring accurate documentation, inventory transactions, and operational efficiency.
Experience:
- 2 4 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, warehousing, inventory management, or related environments.
- Experience in laboratory operations preferred.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, warehousing, and inventory management processes preferred.
- Experience working under cGMP guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Perform weighing and dispensing of raw materials for process orders following SOPs and batch records.
- Maintain accurate records of methods, materials, and results in batch documentation.
- Utilize SAP for inventory transactions related to raw materials, dispensed materials, and internal order requests.
- Monitor and adjust inventory levels to ensure accuracy.
- Manage schedules, workload priorities, and business requirements effectively.
- Respond quickly and effectively to changing priorities and operational needs.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve department goals.
- Keep supervisors informed about project status, findings, and critical results.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, cGDP, and OSHA safety regulations.
- Attend required training sessions and participate in on-the-job training activities.
- Maintain laboratory, warehouse, and satellite work areas in a compliant and organized manner.
- Support continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
