Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain Active Directory (AD), Windows servers, and enterprise systems.
- Manage user accounts, roles, and security group access.
- Provide application support for DMV systems KINDL.
- Handle user onboarding and offboarding (account creation, modification, and termination).
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Support network connectivity, printers, and end-user devices.
- Work on incident and service requests through ticketing systems INTRA.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain system documentation and operational procedures.
- Implement and manage access control and security policies.
- Perform regular access reviews and user audits.
- Respond to and resolve security incidents.
- Ensure compliance with Kentucky state security standards and policies.
- Support Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes.
