Responsibilities:
- Assist Field Marketing Managers and their leaders in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns aligned to segment priorities.
- Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual events, including webinars, trade shows, and customer briefings.
- Support campaign execution tasks such as email sends, list management, asset coordination, and follow-up tracking.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth campaign rollouts and timely communication.
- Track campaign activities and help compile performance reports, including engagement and pipeline metrics.
- Manage administrative aspects of marketing programs, including calendar coordination, vendor support, and budget tracking.
- Maintain accurate records in marketing, Project Management and CRM systems.
- 1 3 years of experience in marketing, events, or program coordination (B2B or tech experience preferred).
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with marketing tools (Salesforce, Splash, SmartSheets, Zoom) is a plus.
