Job Description: Pay Range: $80hr - $85hrThe Data Architect will provide strategic and technical leadership across enterprise data architecture, analytics, AI, and data governance initiatives.This role is responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive data strategy aligned with business priorities, driving measurable value through analytics and AI solutions, and ensuring strong governance, security, and compliance practices. The ideal candidate brings deep experience with SAP data models and enterprise-scale data ecosystems, along with proven leadership in building and scaling high-performing data teams.Requirement/Must Have:12 years of experience in data science, analytics, data architecture, or data governance roles.5 years of senior-level leadership experience leading data science, AI, or enterprise analytics functions.Strong experience delivering AI and analytics solutions that drive measurable business impact.Deep understanding of data governance frameworks, data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.Experience with SAP data models and familiarity with multiple SAP functional areas.Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Proven ability to translate complex data concepts into clear business insights.Experience:Experience building and scaling analytics and data teams within retail, consumer products, or supply chain environments.Proven ability to define metrics and demonstrate ROI for analytics and AI initiatives.Strong background in machine learning, predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and data visualization.Experience collaborating across business, IT, and data organizations to deliver enterprise solutions.Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership and Vision:Define and execute enterprise data science, AI, and data governance strategies aligned with corporate priorities.Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on data-driven decision-making.Champion responsible and ethical use of data and AI, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.Lead the development and execution of enterprise data governance frameworks.AI and Data Science Development:Define the roadmap for advancing enterprise analytics, AI, and data capabilities.Lead initiatives to improve data quality, standardization, and master data management.Drive collaboration across data, IT, and business teams to accelerate analytics solution delivery.Stay current on emerging AI technologies and introduce best practices and innovation.Data Governance and Management:Establish and enforce standards for data quality, security, privacy, and compliance.Oversee data lineage, metadata management, and master data management practices.Partner with enterprise data architecture teams to ensure data accessibility and integrity.Define and publish KPIs to measure data governance maturity and effectiveness.People and Team Leadership:Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing data engineering, AI, and governance teams.Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.Provide coaching, mentoring, and career development support.Manage relationships with external vendors and analytics partners.Performance and Value Realization:Measure, track, and communicate the business value of analytics and AI initiatives.Develop dashboards and success metrics tied to business outcomes.Partner with Finance and PMO teams to quantify ROI and investment impact.Ensure transparency, alignment, and timely delivery of data initiatives.Qualification And Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field required.Master’s degree or advanced education strongly preferred.
