Job Description: Pay Range: $25hr - $30hrThe role involves conducting laboratory testing, managing sample intake, performing data analysis, maintaining laboratory supplies, ensuring compliance with quality systems, and supporting documentation and client communication. The position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and adherence to established procedures and quality standards.Requirement/Must Have:Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and manage changing priorities.Knowledge of GLP, cGMP, ISO, and ASTM methodologies.Technical written and oral communication skills.Working knowledge of Excel and other data analysis tools.Experience:Experience in laboratory services, medical device, IVD, or pharmaceutical environments preferred.Experience in contract testing or laboratory settings is beneficial.Responsibilities:Conduct timely sample intake, including receipt, identification, storage, and return shipments as needed.Perform assigned testing using appropriate test methods, protocols, specifications, and equipment, while adhering to scheduled timelines.Conduct data analysis in accordance with protocols and specifications using data analysis tools.Communicate challenges, scheduling conflicts, and testing issues to management in a timely manner.Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies, including general items and chemicals used for routine testing and cleaning.Perform routine sample disposition, including coordination of waste disposal.Maintain laboratory and storage areas in a clean and organized condition, including routine housekeeping.Adhere to quality systems, including timely identification and communication of potential quality events and supporting related investigations.Follow established Standard Operating Procedures and recommend updates or new procedures as needed.Review and assist with drafting laboratory documentation under supervision.Review test results, perform data analysis, and prepare draft reports.Interact with clients to provide updates and technical overviews under supervision.Review and assist in authoring test methods, protocols, and reports under supervision.Work and communicate openly, collaboratively, and respectfully with colleagues and staff.Communicate with clients under the supervision of lab management.Should Have:Ability to work effectively across teams and maintain strong internal communication.Skills:Strong organizational skills.Technical communication skills.Proficiency with data analysis tools.Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Qualification And Education:Associate degree with up to two years of experience, or a combination of education and relevant laboratory experience.
