Job Title: Blue Yonder WMS Consultant
Job Type: Contract
Job Overview:
Pay Range: $75hr - $80hr
Responsibilities:
- Execute implementation and customization of Blue Yonder (BY) WMS solutions based on client requirements and business needs.
- Provide end-to-end technical delivery, including troubleshooting and resolving complex WMS-related issues.
- Develop custom functionalities, workflows, and interfaces using MOCA scripting language.
- Analyze and debug integrations between BY WMS and third-party systems using JDA Connect.
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations with enterprise systems such as ERP, TMS, and MES.
- Identify opportunities for system optimization, performance improvements, and scalability enhancements.
- Implement best practices to improve system efficiency and operational productivity.
- Create and execute test cases to validate functionality, integrations, and system performance.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution and delivery milestones.
- Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, coordinating discussions, tracking issues, and providing status updates.
- Support stakeholder management activities, including communication with vendors, program managers, and client teams.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Blue Yonder WMS (versions 2019, 2024, and later).
- Strong hands-on experience with MOCA, PL/SQL, JDA Connect, Integrator, NiceLabel, and Jasper Reports.
- Experience in WMS implementation, configuration, and customization.
- Knowledge of system integrations across enterprise platforms (ERP, TMS, MES).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in WMS environments.
- Ability to manage both technical delivery and stakeholder communication effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Warehouse Control Systems (WCS), mechanized systems, or warehouse automation.
- Experience working in onsite client environments, particularly in Pacific Time Zone.
- Ability to balance technical delivery (70%) with stakeholder management (30%).
- Experience in system performance tuning and scalability improvements.
