Job Overview:
Pay Range $40hr - $45hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Proven experience managing analytics request intake, facilitating prioritization, and coordinating workflows, preferably within an analytics or data-focused team.
- Expertise in agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) or similar structured approaches to manage iterative work, team capacity, and ensure efficient delivery of analytics projects.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines effectively, ensuring alignment with team and IT delivery timelines.
- Demonstrated ability to elicit, document, and refine detailed analytical and technical requirements from IT and Experience partners.
- Experience facilitating requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and interviews with technical and product teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for building strong working relationships across technical teams (IT, Engineering) and Experience/Product teams.
- Skilled in managing expectations, providing clear updates on analytics projects and roadmap progress, and collaborating effectively to resolve roadblocks.
- Demonstrated experience in auditing digital analytics tags (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) and identifying instrumentation gaps.
- Ability to define and document precise tagging requirements and data quality standards for new initiatives or improvements.
- Understanding of how accurate data capture and instrumentation directly impact analytics outcomes and business insights.
