What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager & Operations (Temporary) position at Cynet Security?
We are looking for a highly organized Office Manager to oversee office operations and logistics for our Boston and Tampa locations. This role supports employees and senior leadership with a wide range of administrative and operational tasks. This is a 6-month maternity leave cover with a strong possibility of extension, offering an excellent opportunity to make an immediate impact and potentially grow with the company.
- Manage daily office operations, including supplies, equipment, and service providers.
- Support HR and employee-related activities (onboarding, offboarding, events, gifts, etc.)
- Assist employees and senior management with general office needs
- Coordinate office projects and events, including wellness initiatives and key meetings
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Work Location:
- Boston office: onsite 3–4 days per week
- Tampa office: managed remotely
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Service-oriented mindset to support both employees and leadership
