We are seeking a highly skilled Manager of the Revenue Operations team to optimize our revenue processes, improve operational efficiencies, and support our go-to-market teams.

Job Summary:

As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing revenue-related tools, processes, and analytics. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless operations and data-driven decision-making. This role requires strong experience in revenue operations and a proven track record of managing teams for 2-3 years.


What you'll do:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize revenue operations processes to drive efficiency across sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Manage and improve CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other revenue-related tools to ensure accuracy, integration, and effectiveness.
  • Lead the evaluation, implementation, and maintenance of sales and marketing technologies to support growth objectives.
  • Marketing Operations experience is a strong advantage—helping enhance lead management, attribution models, and campaign tracking.
  • Analyze and report key revenue metrics, pipeline health, and forecasting to senior leadership.
  • Design and enforce data governance best practices to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
  • Work closely with finance and leadership to align revenue goals with company objectives.
  • Mentor and manage a small team (2-3 years of leadership experience required) while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.


Requirements:

  • 8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
  • 2-3 years of experience managing teams
  • Preference for experience with Channel MSSPs and MSPs
  • Strong expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools (Marketo, Pardot, etc.).
  • Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of lead-to-revenue processes, sales funnel optimization, and marketing attribution models.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
