Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – EIDT HybridFull-Time or Part-Time | Cynergy Rehab Group
Cynergy Rehab Group is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a unique hybrid role serving both a local school district and Early Intervention Day Treatment (EIDT) centers. This position offers flexibility, variety, and the opportunity to make an impact across multiple pediatric settings.
Your Role in Action
Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations for speech and language disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs and EIDT plans of care)
Provide direct therapy services for articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support carryover and student success
Participate in IEP meetings and progress reporting
Complete timely electronic documentation
Work across both structured school environments and play-based early intervention settings
Qualifications
Current SLP license
Arkansas Department of Education certification (or eligibility)
Passion for working with children and strong collaboration skills
