Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School & Full-Time | Cynergy Rehab Group
Cynergy Rehab Group is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services within a local school district. This school-based role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with teachers, special education staff, and families to support students’ communication, language, articulation, fluency, and social-pragmatic skills in the educational environment. The position provides flexibility, caseload variety, and the ability to make a meaningful impact on students’ academic achievement and overall success in the classroom.
Your Role in ActionConduct evaluations and re-evaluations for speech and language disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
Provide direct therapy services for articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support carryover and student success
Participate in IEP meetings and progress reporting
Complete timely electronic documentation
Work across both structured school environments and play-based early intervention settings
Qualifications
Current SLP license
Passion for working with children and strong collaboration skills
