We are seeking a passionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at our Cobble Hill location. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of outpatient experience and a strong interest in working with diverse adult populations presenting with orthopedic, neurological, and/or upper extremity injuries. New graduates with strong clinical experience in these areas are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education.
- Collaborate with referring physicians, other healthcare providers, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic policies and legal guidelines.
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and lifestyle modifications to support long-term outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education, training, and professional development.
Qualifications:
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Physical Therapy license in the state of practice (or eligibility)
- Minimum of 1 year clinical experience preferred; new grads with a strong interest in pelvic rehabilitation are encouraged to apply
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Pilates training or certification strongly preferred
