This is a part-time on-site role for Event Staff located in St Louis, MO. The Event Staff will be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of event attendees and the venue. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring entrance and exit points, conducting security checks, managing crowd control, and responding promptly to any security incidents. The Event Staff will also assist in emergency procedures and provide exceptional customer service to attendees.
- Excellent observation and surveillance skills
- Ability to handle and de-escalate security situations calmly and professionally
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer service or a similar field is beneficial
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
- Familiarity with emergency procedures and protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in security or event management is a plus
