The Role
We’re looking for a Commercial Sales Manager to help us expand across enterprise and commercial accounts. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys running full sales cycles, building relationships with security leaders, and closing meaningful deals in a complex SaaS environment.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close
- Build and grow a pipeline across enterprise and commercial accounts
- Develop relationships with CISOs, security leaders, and technical stakeholders
- Run discovery calls and lead product demos that clearly connect to customer needs
- Manage deals through procurement and contract negotiation
- Consistently hit (and exceed) revenue targets
- Keep pipeline and forecasts up to date in your CRM
- Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams
- Represent Cympire at industry events and conferences
What You Bring
- 5 years of B2B sales experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or similar tech
- A track record of hitting or exceeding quota
- Experience navigating longer, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Strong communication skills, especially with senior stakeholders
- Comfort working with CRM tools to manage pipeline and forecasting
Nice to Have
- Experience selling cybersecurity platforms, training, or simulation solutions
- Existing relationships in the security space (CISOs, security teams, etc.)
- Familiarity with security operations or cyber training environments

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $180,000 (base commission)
Travel: Up to 50% (customer meetings, conferences, events)
