Role Description
We are looking for a BDR Lead to build our outbound engine in the US from zero.
This is a hands-on role first, leadership role second. You will be expected to generate pipeline yourself while building the foundation for a team that will scale.
The ideal candidate has been in the trenches. A top-performing BDR who got promoted to AE and realized they actually prefer outbound, building systems, and leading BDRs by example.
If you do not love outbound, this role will not work.
If you do, this is a rare opportunity to build something from scratch.
What you’ll do
• Own outbound pipeline generation across calls, emails, and creative outreach
• Spend real time prospecting and setting the standard
• Build and refine messaging, sequences, and targeting
• Hire, train, and lead BDRs over time
• Work closely with AEs to ensure strong pipeline
• Test new tools, channels, and approaches constantly
• Build the outbound playbook from zero
