Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)

Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Database Administrator (DBA) with expertise in enterprise database administration, data warehousing, ETL, and performance tuning. The candidate will be responsible for database design, maintenance, security, backup/recovery, migration support, and data warehouse optimization.
Required Skills:
- 5 years of DBA experience with Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, or similar DBMS
- 5 years of Data Warehousing/Data Mart experience
- Strong SQL, Database Design, and Data Modeling (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema)
- ETL experience with Informatica, DataStage, or similar tools
- Database Performance Tuning, Monitoring, Backup & Recovery
- Reporting/Analytics tools such as Business Objects, Cognos, Hyperion, MicroStrategy, or SSRS
- Experience with Data Dictionary development and database documentation
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
Preferred Skills:
- Oracle Database Administration
- SSRS Report Development
- M204 Database Experience
