Role: AI Solutions Lead - W2 Only
Location: Hybrid – San Francisco, CA
Must Have: MCP Agentic Commerce experience.

Seeking an experienced AI Solutions Lead with strong expertise in MCP (Model Context Protocol) and Agentic Commerce.

Required Skills:

  • 10 years of software engineering experience
  • 3 years building production LLM/Agentic AI solutions
  • LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, MCP
  • Prompt Engineering, Context Engineering, Token Optimization
  • Python, TypeScript (Java preferred)
  • FastAPI, Spring Boot, Node.js
  • AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform
  • CI/CD, MLOps, Model Evaluation & Observability
  • Enterprise Solution Architecture experience

Preferred:

  • Retail & E-commerce AI (personalization, shopping assistants, catalog/pricing intelligence, demand forecasting)
  • Retail data platforms (POS, OMS, PIM, Customer 360)
  • PCI-DSS, GDPR, BFSI, Payments, KYC/AML
  • Apigee, Kong
  • Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI coding tools
