Team Lead – Aftermarket Operations (Provisioning & Delivery Assurance)
Aftermarket Operations is seeking a Team Lead to manage a team supporting provisioning, materials planning coordination, and delivery assurance activities for multiple aircraft engine programs. This role ensures accurate execution of Statements of Work (SOWs), maintains strong customer relationships, and drives quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across aftermarket processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team responsible for provisioning, customer support, and delivery assurance for various engine programs.
- Assign and manage workloads, monitor performance and service-level adherence, and review/approve team deliverables prior to customer submission.
- Oversee execution of multiple SOWs, track progress, prepare status updates, and address delivery issues or escapes.
- Collaborate with materials planning, supply chain, and customer support teams to resolve issues and maintain smooth material flow.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex customer concerns and coordinate cross-functional resolutions.
- Provide quotes and adjustments for SOW updates or contract changes.
- Ensure export control (ITAR) and contractual compliance across all deliverables.
- Identify and support process improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and quality management efforts.
- Assist with additional analysis, reporting, and operational tasks as needed.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in aftermarket operations, materials planning, project leadership, or similar roles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Access, SharePoint, Teams).
- Experience with ERP systems in a project, planning, or operations environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with solid organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- U.S. Citizenship required due to government contracts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in aircraft engine operations or aftermarket materials planning.
- SAP ERP experience.
- Prior involvement with Pratt & Whitney aftermarket programs.
- Demonstrated success in process improvement and cross-functional issue resolution.
- Experience with PDM/PLM systems.
