Seeking an experienced Senior MRB Engineer with strong, hands-on Commercial Airplanes MRB experience to support aircraft production and non-conformance resolution.
Must have expertise in evaluating non-conforming materials, developing repair solutions, and preparing MRB packages, primarily for composite aircraft structures, in compliance with standards and safety requirements.
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 10 years of Commercial Airplanes (BCA) engineering experience.
• Extensive, direct Commercial Airplanes MRB experience.
• Demonstrated experience supporting aircraft production environments.
• Proven experience independently developing and documenting MRB dispositions.
• Proven experience authoring complete MRB packages for Senior Boeing MRB Authority review and approval.
• Significant experience resolving production non-conformances affecting aircraft structure and assembly.
• Strong background supporting composite aircraft structures and repairs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
- Non-degreed candidates with extensive, directly applicable MRB experience will be considered.
Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
