Engineering Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL)
Job Summary
Salary: USD 70k-95k
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) to lead cross-functional engineering teams supporting aerospace engineering and manufacturing. This role focuses on resolving nonconforming material, coordinating engineering dispositions, and ensuring technical solutions meet quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional engineering teams across Design, Manufacturing, Quality, Materials, and Stress.
- Support resolution of nonconforming material and MRB activities.
- Lead engineering kit development, validation, and approval.
- Review repair, rework, and use-as-is engineering dispositions.
- Review engineering drawings, technical analyses, test results, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure compliance with engineering, quality, configuration control, and aerospace requirements.
- Manage engineering priorities, schedules, risks, and deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance and communicate project status to stakeholders.
- Support production by driving timely resolution of technical issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in aerospace engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
- 4 years of engineering experience, preferably in aerospace or a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Experience with MRB, nonconformance resolution, and engineering dispositions.
- Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional engineering teams.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T, and configuration control.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
Salary : $70,000 - $95,000
