Team is expanding significantly from 5 to 10 members.

Focus is on advanced Salesforce Marketing Cloud work, not basic email marketing.

Location & Work Arrangement

Primarily remote.

Must be within reasonable distance of:

• Delaware

• Indianapolis

Team & Environment

Highly technical team working on:

• Omnichannel journeys

• SMS integrations

• AI initiatives

• API integrations

• Advanced Marketing Cloud development

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain Marketing Cloud solutions.

Develop omnichannel customer journeys.

Work with:

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud

• SQL

• SSJS

• VS Code

• APIs

• MuleSoft integrations

• AI-related development

Junior Profile

Looking for candidates who:

• Have Marketing Cloud experience.

• Can create journeys and automations.

• Have solid SQL skills.

• Can work independently on smaller projects.

• Understand Marketing Cloud best practices.

Senior Profile

Looking for candidates who:

• Have approximately 7-8 years of experience.

• Often come from consulting backgrounds.

• Can gather requirements and work directly with stakeholders.

• Design and implement complex solutions independently.

• Possess deep Marketing Cloud technical expertise.

Strategic Initiatives

Expansion into omnichannel marketing.

Integrating:

• Email

• SMS

• Voice capabilities

• Migration of communication channels into Marketing Cloud.
