Are you passionate about driving product quality, solving complex engineering challenges, and ensuring compliance in a regulated environment? Join our team as a Design Quality Engineer (DQE) and play a key role in supporting product excellence throughout the product lifecycle.
🔹 What You'll Do:
• Lead quality engineering activities for released products and design changes
• Apply Design Control and Risk Management principles to support sustaining engineering efforts
• Conduct Test Method Validation (TMV) and analyze data to ensure product performance
• Drive root cause investigations and implement effective corrective actions
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and product quality
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction
🔹 What We're Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• Experience in Quality Engineering or a similar discipline
• Strong knowledge of Design Controls, Root Cause Analysis, and Risk Management
• Experience with Test Validation, Statistical Analysis, and tools such as Minitab
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
