Fort Wayne, IN Part Time

Organic Social Specialist (Part-Time)

We're looking for someone early in their marketing career who's obsessed with brands, social media, and culture.

Not someone who wants to manage social media.

Someone who wants to understand why certain brands become impossible to ignore.

If that sounds like you, keep reading.

As an Organic Social Specialist, you'll work alongside a team of strategists, creatives, and marketers who push each other to do better work every day. You'll develop content ideas, write creative briefs, build content calendars, research creators, manage influencer partnerships, and help bring marketing strategies to life.

Although our office is in downtown Fort Wayne, our work reaches far beyond it.

You'll work with brands across North America and beyond, from fast-growing startups to category leaders. Some are launching into new international markets. Others are established brands generating tens of millions in annual revenue. Every client presents a different challenge, which means you'll build experience across an incredibly diverse portfolio.

One morning you might be brainstorming influencer partnerships for a premium home goods brand. That afternoon you could be helping shape the launch of a consumer beverage brand sold nationwide. The next week you might be studying how an established brand is evolving its voice as it expands into new international markets.

Why This Role Matters

This isn't meant to be a forever job. It's meant to be an incredible first chapter.

You'll see how strategies are developed, how campaigns come together, how creators are sourced, how brands find their voice, and how every creative decision connects back to business growth. You'll get feedback. You'll improve quickly. You'll leave with a level of experience that's difficult to find this early in your career.

Whether your goal is to become a strategist, creative director, marketing leader, or eventually build something of your own, this role is designed to give you the foundation to get there.

What You'll Do

  • Build monthly content calendars across multiple brands
  • Develop content concepts and campaign ideas
  • Write captions and creative briefs
  • Research creators, trends, and emerging opportunities
  • Source, negotiate, and manage influencer partnerships
  • Collaborate with strategists, designers, photographers, videographers, and our broader creative team throughout production
  • Schedule and publish content across social platforms
  • Review performance, identify opportunities, and continuously improve future content
Who We're Looking For

We're much more interested in how you think than how long you've been doing this.

You probably enjoy studying brands as much as using social media. You notice when a company gets it right. You pay attention to writing, storytelling, editing, creators, and culture. You're curious enough to ask why something worked instead of simply trying to copy it.

You don't need years of agency experience, but you do need to care about doing great work.

If you've managed social accounts, worked with creators, built content calendars, launched campaigns, or have personal projects you're proud of, we'd love to see them.
