  • ESQualify incoming leads based on project scope, investment range, timeline, and f
  • itConduct in-home consultations and/or showroom appointments to understand goals, design preferences, and structural consideratio
  • nsEducate clients on remodeling options, materials, timelines, and potential constrain
  • tsCollaborate with design and preconstruction teams to align design intent with feasibili
  • tyCapture site measurements, photographs, and initial concepts to enable accurate proposa
  • lsCreate polished, accurate estimates and presentations using Cyclone software (e.g., BuilderTren
  • d)Develop clear scopes of work that align expectations and minimize change orde
  • rsPresent project concepts and proposals with clarity, confidence, and transparen
  • cyNavigate objections and guide clients through decision-making with professionali
  • smFollow up promptly with revisions, clarifications, and next steps to close the sa
