About the Role
As a CycleBar Sales Associate, you’ll be at the heart of creating a high-energy, concert-like atmosphere while driving membership and retail sales. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on connecting with people, achieving goals, and being part of a passionate fitness community.

- Confidence in making cold calls and handling in-person, phone, and email interactions
- The ability to stay calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in basic computer skills
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
What You’ll Do
- Drive sales by securing a minimum of 3 new memberships each month
- Deliver an exceptional experience for all new and existing riders
- Follow up with first-time riders to encourage membership conversions
- Collaborate with studio management and franchise owners to achieve studio goals
- Represent CycleBar at local events such as marathons, health fairs, and community gatherings
- Take ownership of your personal development in sales and service excellence
- Maintain a clean, welcoming studio environment, including the CycleTheater, bathrooms, and lobby
Physical Requirements
- Move bikes and perform minor maintenance as needed
- Roll up your sleeves to keep the studio spotless
- Lift up to 30 lbs to maintain studio operations
