Position Overview:
We’re seeking a high-energy, sales-driven Assistant General Manager to lead evening operations. This is a sales-focused leadership role responsible for driving revenue, converting prospects into members, and delivering an exceptional in-studio experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the studio experience during evening hours, ensuring every rider has a best-in-class visit
- Drive membership sales, conversions, and revenue growth (this is a sales-heavy role)
- Manage and follow up with leads, book intro rides, and close memberships
- Coach and support front desk staff to hit sales and service goals
- Build strong relationships with members to increase retention and referrals
- Execute local marketing, events, and community outreach
- Maintain studio standards, cleanliness, and brand consistency
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, retail, fitness, or hospitality
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Confident in selling memberships and handling objections
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work evenings and some weekends
- Passion for fitness, energy, and community
Preferred:
- Boutique fitness or membership sales experience
- Experience leading a team or managing performance

Schedule:

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
