We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Entry Level Account Manager to join our team. Entry Level Account Manager Responsibilities:
- As an Entry Level Account Manager, represent AT&T products and services to new and existing customers
- Build positive relationships through in-person interactions
- Educate customers on available plans, upgrades, and promotions
- Manage customers accounts during and after their sales orders
- Assist customers with account setup and service options
- Work closely with fellow Entry Level Account Managers to meet sales goals
- Participate in ongoing skill development sessions
Entry Level Account Manager Qualifications:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn sales, customer service, and account management strategies
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) is a plus
- Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required
Pay: $3,600.00 - $4,800.00 per month
Work Location: On the road
