We purchase inventory directly from riders, bike shops, manufacturers, and industry partners across the United States, then inspect, service, and prepare every bike before it reaches its next owner. With hundreds of premium road, mountain, gravel, triathlon, and e-bikes in inventory, no two days are the same.
We're looking for an experienced Bicycle Mechanic / Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys working on a wide variety of bikes, and wants to be part of a growing company.
What You'll Do:
- Inspect, service, and clean bicycles.
- Perform complete tune-ups and mechanical repairs.
- Diagnose drivetrain, braking, suspension, and shifting issues.
- Install and adjust components including drivetrains, hydraulic brakes, wheels, cockpits, and accessories.
- Build bikes from framesets.
- Perform quality control inspections before bikes are photographed and shipped.
- Document mechanical notes and identify any cosmetic or functional issues.
- Work efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional workshop.
Qualifications:
- Previous professional bicycle mechanic experience required.
- Strong knowledge of modern road, mountain, gravel, and triathlon bicycles.
- Experience working with Shimano, SRAM, Campagnolo, and electronic drivetrains.
- Comfortable bleeding hydraulic brakes, installing tubeless tires, and performing advanced repairs.
- Ability to diagnose mechanical issues quickly and accurately.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
- Ability to lift bicycles weighing up to 50 lbs.
