What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Business Analyst position at CYBRTY INC?
AM: Stacy WalkerHybrid Work: Candidates are expected to be in the office in PA 2 days a week (offices available statewide)with one of those days being Wednesday. 3 days can be worked from home/remote.
What you need:
- Business Analyst of which at least three are in a Sr. Analyst role. (7 Years)
- Demonstrated experience analyzing legacy applications or leading digital transformation requirement gathering.
- Strong experience gathering requirements and translating them into clearly understood user stories.
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar).
- Experience with the testing of large projects.
- Experience leading and coordinating UAT
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage competing demands.
Nice to have:
- Experience with analysis as it relates to enterprise application modernization (e.g., migrating from legacy platforms, moving to modern architecture
- Experience with process improvement and business process reengineering.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and public-sector compliance requirements.
- Previous experience working with our client agencies or similar public-sector organizations.
