Area of responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with major accounts in the DACH region
- Ensure constant sales expansion by developing profitable business with new national key accounts
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to reach nominated target accounts
- Provide on-going support to high value clients ensuring they receive high quality customer service covering the entire product range
- Responsible for direct sales process for major accounts aiming at meeting and/or exceeding sales targets
- Organise annual visits to current and develop new potential high value clients
- Responsible for long-term customer relationships with established clients
- Inform all major clients of new products and services as they are introduced and recommend products that fit well with clients' business needs
- University degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent vocational training
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, ideally in Key Account Management within the juvenile sector
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with key accounts
- Strategic mindset with experience in trade marketing and brand portfolio management
- Hands-on, dynamic team player with the ability to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- High affinity for lifestyle and design, with a strong professional network
- Fluent in English, flexible, and willing to travel
