• Creating personas and user journey maps

• Organizing content and navigation
• Creating site maps and flow diagrams

· Wireframing & Prototyping

• Tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure
• Low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes
• Interactive mockups for testing

· Visual Design

• Typography, color theory, layout principles
• Design systems and style guides

· Interaction Design

• Micro-interactions, animations
• Designing intuitive and accessible interfaces

· Usability Testing

• A/B testing, heuristic evaluation
