Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Operations leader to join our organization as Manager – HR Regional Center – US & Canada.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who excels in environments where HR infrastructure is evolving while simultaneously building scalable, future-ready capabilities to support a global workforce.
This role offers a unique opportunity to strengthen HR foundations, modernize service delivery, improve systems and processes, and drive transformation—all while maintaining operational continuity and supporting business growth.
As the Manager OF US & Canada, you will oversee HR operations across a complex, multi-entity region supporting 2,200 employees, leading a team of 20–25 HR professionals with 3–5 direct reports.
Success in this role requires strong operational leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to bring structure, consistency, and innovation to a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
HR Regional Center of Excellence (RCoE) Leadership
Lead and continuously develop the HR RCoE across the US and Canada with responsibility for:
- Full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition
- Pre-Day 1 onboarding and employee experience
- Employment branding initiatives
- Compensation administration
- Benefits administration (health and financial)
- Mobility programs including immigration, relocation, and global assignments
- Learning & Development administration including Cornerstone LMS
- Payroll and HR administration, including ownership of Dayforce
- HR systems collaboration with the Global HRIS team supporting SuccessFactors
HR Operations, Scale & Transformation
- Strengthen HR operational infrastructure while building scalable future-state capabilities
- Lead process standardization and service delivery improvements
- Operate effectively across multiple entities, systems, stakeholders, and priorities
- Deliver structure and clarity during periods of change and growth
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
Customer Service & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a trusted partner to HR Managers, General Managers, Global HR COE teams, and HR leadership
- Facilitate regular business reviews and KPI presentations
- Gather stakeholder feedback and implement process enhancements
- Build strong relationships across regional and global teams
Budget & Financial Management
- Own the HR RCoE operating budget for US & Canada
- Manage headcount planning, vendor relationships, and HR systems investments
- Balance cost management with scalability and employee experience
- Ensure strong financial controls and governance
M&A Integration & Organizational Growth
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and organizational integrations
- Lead HR operational readiness and transition planning
- Maintain business continuity and employee experience during transformation initiatives
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred
Experience
- 12 years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience
- Experience leading HR Operations, Shared Services, or Regional Centers of Excellence
- Proven success leading teams of 20 employees in complex organizations
- Experience supporting HR operations across US & Canada
- Strong operational expertise across:
- Recruitment
- Onboarding
- Compensation
- Benefits
- Payroll
- HR systems administration
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and M&A activities
- Experience working in matrixed and global organizations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Dayforce, or similar HR platforms
- SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent HR certification
- Compensation or Total Rewards certifications (CCP, GRP, CBP, TRP)
- Bilingual capabilities preferred (French strongly preferred)
Salary : $140 - $180
