Primary Must-Have Skills

  • 3–10 years hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM (Kronos Dimensions)
  • Configuration expertise in Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Attendance, Activities, Attestation
  • Kronos Clock Terminal setup & troubleshooting
  • Strong issue diagnosis, troubleshooting, and integration support
  • Experience with InTouch devices, Business Structure setup, Manager Access requests
  • Proficient in Employee Groups, Labor Profiles, Organizational Sets
  • Skilled in monitoring interface jobs, hyper-find queries, genies, reports
  • Strong client-facing communication


Secondary Skills

  • Boomi or UKG certifications
  • SQL knowledge
  • Agile methodology experience
