POSTED ON 10/20/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 2/16/2027

Job Overview

Cybertools is hiring a Marketing Administrator to manage our day-to-day marketing efforts—from building prospect lists to launching webinars. You’ll execute a multi-phase strategy that moves business prospects from cold leads to meaningful conversations while representing our company with local businesses by phone and in person. An organized, outgoing professional who is savvy with marketing software will thrive in this role.

This role sits at the center of our growth. You'll work closely with our sales team and coordinate with our outside digital marketing agency to keep messaging, timing and results aligned.

What you'll do

Campaigns and CRM

  • Build and run direct mail and email campaigns in our CRM (Go High Level), including multi-touch sequences across mail, phone, email, LinkedIn and SMS.
  • Launch long-term nurture email chains for prospects who say "not now," so no lead goes cold.
  • Send postcards or marketing materials to new prospects and use the responses to clean and update the list.

Prospecting and lead management

  • Build and grow a qualified prospect list in our target market, adding new contacts every week.
  • Track, manage and follow up on leads from every source: campaigns, form fills, canvassing, webinars and events.
  • Make cleaning calls to verify contacts and keep prospect data accurate.

Outreach and lead qualification

  • Make outbound cold calls to prospects from our target list and campaign responses.
  • Qualify leads by confirming fit, need, decision-maker and timing, then hand warm opportunities to sales with clear notes in the CRM.
  • Canvass local businesses in person to introduce Cybertools and leave behind marketing materials.
  • Attend business chamber meetings, networking events and tradeshows to represent the company and build relationships.
  • Follow up promptly on every contact made in the field and log it in the CRM.

Content, social and webinars

  • Create and send newsletters, blog posts, postcards and marketing reports.
  • Run our social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), including scheduled, targeted and personalized posts.
  • Plan, promote and launch webinars: promo emails, social posts, Meta ads, registration pages and post-webinar follow-up with attendees and no-shows.
  • Manage Google My Business and our Google review program, including review requests to clients.

Coordination

  • Coordinate with our digital marketing agency on ads, content and campaign timing.
  • Partner with sales and leadership on outreach, tradeshow planning and reporting results.

Tools you'll use

  • Go High Level for CRM, campaigns and automations
  • Canva for postcards, social graphics, newsletters and webinar materials
  • Microsoft 365 (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Meta and social platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram)
  • Google My Business
  • AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, HeyGen) for drafting content, research and creating video

Experience with all of these is a plus, but comparable tools experience is taken into consideration.
