Roles and responsibilities:
- Lead Business Analyst – Supply Chain Systems (AS400)
- Strong knowledge of IBM AS400 / iSeries environment.
- Understanding of RPG, RPGLE, CL, DB2/400, and AS400 application architecture.
- Experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and documentation.
- Experience in retail, supply chain, warehouse & EDI domains.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar tools.
- Experience coordinating UAT and production deployments.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Understand existing AS400/iSeries applications, workflows, and business processes.
- Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), user stories, and process flows.
- Coordinate with development, QA, and support teams for delivery.
- Participate in requirement walkthroughs, impact analysis, and solution discussions.
- Work closely with offshore and onsite teams to ensure smooth communication and delivery.
