Job Title: Salesforce Senior Admin/Developer
Job Location: 30 E Broad St, Columbus, OH 43215 - Onsite
Interviews will likely be virtual, but onsite reporting for selected candidate.
Requirements:
- 5 years working as a Salesforce Administrator/Developer in production environments.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components for custom development.
- Experience in Salesforce Flow automation for complex business processes.
- Experience with DevOps pipelines using Salesforce DX, Copado, or similar tools.
- Experience in resolving Sev1/Sev2 issues and leading incident recovery efforts.
- Experience with automated testing practices and enforcing quality gates.
- Strong communication and mentoring skills for team collaboration and guidance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead critical issue resolution and root cause analysis within the Salesforce platform.
- Creating scalable solutions using core Salesforce development tools.
- Defining and enforcing standards for code, naming, security, and deployment.
- Documenting technical processes and maintaining development guidelines.
- Reviewing existing configurations to improve stability and performance.
- Guiding junior team members in best practices and development approach.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
