Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products or services that meet their needs
- Provide detailed information about products, services, and financial options to help customers make informed decisions
- Process transactions accurately using retail math skills, including cash handling, cashiering, and cash management
- Maintain a clean, organized sales floor to ensure an inviting shopping environment
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, and conducting stock counts using 10 key typing and basic math skills
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated learners eager to develop their skills
- Basic math proficiency is essential for cash handling, retail math calculations, and processing transactions accurately
- Comfortable working with financial software systems and performing 10 key typing tasks efficiently
- Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service in fast-paced environments
