What are the responsibilities and job description for the Network Support IT Technician position at CyberSharks.Net Inc.?
Full time help desk support position.
You will be assisting with answering support phone calls and emails for web hosting customers and managed service customers with PC, printing, and server issues. You will also be asked to go on site at customer locations if necessary to troubleshoot issues. The ideal candidate should have at least some experience.
Knowledge and understanding of the following is a must.
DNS
IIS
FTP
SSL
Basic networking
Microsoft Office
Windows Operating Systems
Flexible to learn and understand all types of business, financial, and medical software.
Cloud computing
Windows Terminal Services
MS Exchange Server
Printer setup/troubleshooting
Remote server/workstation management techniques
