Job Summary

Global organization in Watsonville, CA (Santa Cruz County) seeking an onsite Charitable Giving Coordinator to play a vital role in supporting the operations of a global philanthropic program that enriches the lives of communities and empowers employees to pursue their passion for giving back. This is more than an administrative role—you'll be the engine behind our charitable fund disbursements, data management, and partner support, ensuring every dollar and volunteer hour is accounted for and aligned with our mission.

This is an onsite position, in office 4 days/week, in Watsonville, CA

Job Responsibiliti

• esAssist in supporting the distribution and tracking of Charitable Fun
• dsEnsure the efficient and timely disbursement of charitable funds for volunteer and donation-matching programs, based on post-project survey respons
• esReconcile transactions on a monthly, quarterly, and year-end basi
• s.Support Giving Program Manager in disbursing funds for approved sponsorships and Grants as neede
• d.Ensure that the relevant parties review and approve funding request
• s.Follow up on post-project survey to ensure timely submission of the after-action report
• s.Help organize training and convenings of employees active in the Giving progra
• m.Serve as a “help desk” function this includes answering employee questions about the program, submission of funding requests, emails and inquirie
