THE MISSION
As a Stucco and Lath Worker at CyberOne Homes, your work seals, protects, and strengthens every home we build. You are responsible for creating the exterior skin that defends families from the elements while delivering a clean, modern, professional finish.
Your craftsmanship directly contributes to hurricane-resistant construction, moisture control, mold prevention, fire resistance, and long-term durability.
This is not production work. This is precision work with a purpose.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Install metal lath, flashing, weep screeds, control joints, and weather-resistive barriers per engineered plans
Apply scratch, brown, and finish coats to commercial-grade standards
Ensure proper thickness, curing, bonding, and finish quality
Maintain straight lines, clean edges, and consistent textures
Seal penetrations and transitions to protect the building envelope
Work closely with supervisors and other trades to ensure flawless execution
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional jobsite at all times
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Experience in stucco and lath installation preferred
Strong understanding of moisture control, drainage planes, and flashing details
Ability to read plans and follow engineered specifications
High standards for finish quality and durability
Physically capable of working in outdoor construction environments
Reliable, disciplined, and team-oriented
