Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Consultant

Location: Baltimore, MD – Onsite, 5 days/week

Openings: 5 positions (3 Senior, 2 Junior)

Role Overview:

We are seeking both Senior and Junior ServiceNow Consultants to support a Federal client in Baltimore, MD. The consultant will work onsite and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow modules. This role requires strong hands-on implementation skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow modules based on business requirements.
• Support enhancements, workflows, catalog items, UI policies, integrations, and automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to define technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot ServiceNow issues and ensure best practices are followed.
• Prepare technical documentation and participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Ensure compliance with federal security and development standards.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and configuration.
• Experience with modules such as ITSM, Incident, Problem, Change, Catalog, CMDB, and Workflow/Flow Designer.
• Ability to gather requirements, convert them into technical designs, and complete implementation.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations, and platform administration.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
