Location: Carlsberg (San Diego, CA) – Onsite (candidate need to relocate to client location)

Role Overview:
Seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with hands-on expertise in Sales, Service, and Community Clouds. The candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical architecture and design of Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Community Clouds.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs, architecture frameworks, and implementation plans.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and integration guidelines.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Oversee system integrations, data migrations, and custom development as needed.
- Conduct code reviews, solution validation, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment, user adoption, and operational excellence.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect in designing enterprise-level solutions.
- Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs, and integrations.
- Experience with data migration, system integration, and solution scalability.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, and governance frameworks.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
