What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Assistant position at Cybernetics?
Commercial office building seeking a Maintenance Assistant worker. This position is responsible for safe, reliable operations at facility and on grounds.
Regular duties include
- Conducting routine inspections of the building interior and grounds
- Assist with lawn care such as mowing, edging, etc...
- Assist with general grounds keeping such as raking leaves, removing small branches, maintaining the parking lot and walkways
- Reporting any maintenance issues to supervisor
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work as a team or alone
Hours 8am - 5pm
