Cybernetics is a privately held corporation specializing in the design and manufacture of high performance disk, tape, and virtual tape storage solutions.
We are looking for an entry level candidate, willing to work in a professional office environment. The successful candidate will possess positive interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, as well as a strong work ethic.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Answer the phones in a friendly and pleasant manner
- Verify customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, recovering, or reentering data
- Will be dependable and reliable
- Show excellent attention to detail
- Possess strong communication skills and be comfortable in a business professional environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office products, Outlook and ability to work within a database
- Be self-directed, independent and self-motivated
- Ensure a clean and organized reception area at all times
Hours 8:30am - 5:30pm
