We are looking for someone with the ability to research topics, follow instructions, is able to work independently or with others, and who is organized. This is an in-office job. - Basic computer hardware knowledge
- Excellent written skills in English
- Attention to detail
- Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
- Previous experience with instructional documentation writing
- Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the products and the documentation requirements
- Create/update internal and external documentation to assist users with Cybernetics products
- Audit existing documentation to ensure information is up to date and accurate
